And so Joey said in Finale "So I like a teen soap. So what?I have an emotional connection to it you wouldn't understand."
I got to admit that so do I. I have an emotional connection to the show so much sometimes it's hard to make people understand but I guess that's alright. They don't have to understand me all the time. I mean it'd be nice if they do. One thing I'm sure of is if they hang out with me often enuf, care enuf, we're close enuf and they know enuf about my story, they will.
Hearing this conversation between Dawson and Joey, I'm like hit on the face. I mean tell me about it!
Dawson: Yeah but there must be things that you'll miss. I mean, family, friends...
Joey: Of course. But life goes on Dawson. Things change.
Dawson: They don't have to.
Joey: Yes they do. Everything changes eventually. That's just the way life is and you have no control over it. Like suddenly people who you think are always going to be there, they disappear.
You know? People die and they move away and they grow up. Everything changes eventually Dawson.
